Review of program by state auditor, when.

166.523. The Missouri state auditor shall, on a semiannual basis,review the financial status and investment policy of the program as well asthe participation rate in the program. The auditor shall also review thecontinued viability of the program and the administration of the program bythe board. The auditor shall report the findings annually to the board,which shall subsequently disclose such findings at a public meeting.
