Grants--amounts--distribution.

167.302. 1. The board shall make grants from the fund toapproved districts for the establishment or expansion of anextended day child care program. The amount of each grantawarded by the board for establishment or expansion of a programshall not exceed the monetary value of the approved applicant'scontribution.

2. In awarding grants, the board shall ensure an adequatedistribution to metropolitan, urban and seven-director districtsand according to geographic location throughout the state.
