Teachers not to participate in management of school boardelection, campaign.

168.130. No teacher shall take part in the management of thecampaign for the election or defeat of members of a board ofeducation by which he is employed. Any teacher who violates theprovisions of this section shall be subject to termination of hisemployment by the district with the right of a hearing and appealas heretofore provided.
