Limitation of state contributions.
169.390. The state of Missouri shall contribute no fundsdirectly or indirectly to finance the plan to pay retirementallowances by appropriation bills or otherwise, except thosefunds which the school district may receive from time to timeunder a law or laws providing for a general apportionment ofschool moneys throughout all the state.
