Certification of amount to be paid to retirement system, inclusion inannual budget estimates.

169.500. On or before the first day of January of each year the boardof trustees shall certify to the board of education, the board of trusteesand the board of regents, and to the state of Missouri with respect to thecontribution for members employed by these employers, the amount which willbe paid to the retirement system on or before December thirty-first of thatyear. On or before the first day of January of each year the board oftrustees shall certify to charter schools and to the state of Missouri withrespect to the contribution of members employed by these employers, theamount which will be paid to the retirement system on a monthly basisbeginning January first of that year. The amount so certified shall beincluded by the employers in their annual budget estimates.
