State shall contribute no funds--exceptions.

169.540. The state of Missouri shall contribute no funds directly orindirectly to finance the plan to pay pension benefits by appropriationbills or otherwise, except those funds which the district may receive fromtime to time under a law or laws providing for a general apportionment ofschool moneys throughout all the state and except employer contributionsfor members employed by the board of regents which shall be made by thestate of Missouri.
