Authorizes board to provide for reciprocal creditable servicetransfers with other states.
169.576. The board of any retirement system established in thischapter may enter into a cooperative agreement with the board of anyretirement system for education employees in any other state for thepurpose of allowing the transfer of creditable service. Any such agreementshall meet the same terms as specified in section 105.691, RSMo, foragreements with other retirement systems in Missouri.
