Physical education supplies and equipment--certain districts mayraise funds for.

170.041. The board of each seven-director school districtwhich employs thirty or more teachers and also employs asupervisor of physical education or supervisor of health undersection 168.171, RSMo, may raise and expend funds to carry outthe purpose of that section and for the purchase of books,printed matter, apparatus, including weighing scales, instrumentsand other necessary appliances and supplies as are designated bythe commissioner of education.
