Penalty for selling books without license.

170.161. Any publisher who sells, or offers for sale oradoption in this state, school textbooks of any kind withoutfirst obtaining licenses therefor under this law is guilty of amisdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than fivehundred dollars and not more than five thousand dollars.
