Certain moneys to be paid to university treasurer.

172.400. All moneys collected under the provisions of theact of April 1, 1895, entitled "An act providing for theendowment of the state university and for the establishment andendowment of free scholarships of merit therein in each county"and paid prior to the time the act of April 19, 1899, providingfor a collateral inheritance tax went into effect, and now in thetreasuries of the city of St. Louis, Jackson county and othercounties of the state, or in the custody of any public officer,shall be paid to the treasurer of the state university, or if anypart thereof is invested in securities, the same shall bedelivered to said treasurer.
