Government--officers.

172.590. The military government and discipline of thecadets shall be prescribed by regulations prepared by the facultyof the university and approved by the governor of the state. Theofficers of the corps of cadets shall be appointed andcommissioned by the governor of the state upon therecommendations of the faculty of the university, and shall havethe powers conferred by said regulations.
