Cancellation of old certificates.

172.612. Upon the issuance and deposit of the certificatesof indebtedness specified by section 172.611 in the statetreasury, the state treasurer shall cancel all certificates ofindebtedness of the state of Missouri to the seminary fundheretofore issued, which are then in his possession and any andall certificates of indebtedness heretofore issued under any lawof this state to the seminary fund shall thereupon become voidand of no effect.
