University of Missouri curators may control vehicle trafficon roads or university property.

172.745. For the purpose of promoting public safety, healthand general welfare and to protect life and property, the boardof curators of the state university may establish regulations tocontrol vehicular traffic, including speed regulations, on anythoroughfare owned or maintained by the state university andlocated within any of its campuses. Such regulations shall beconsistent with the provisions of the general motor vehicle lawsof this state.
