School of optometry authorized, agreements, conditions, costs,how paid.

172.775. The board of curators of the University of Missouriis authorized to enter into an agreement with other states forthe establishment of a school of optometry, as provided for inthe Federal Public Health Service Act, provided that:

(1) The annual cost of operating the school, once the schoolhas enrolled a full complement of students, including equipmentand supplies beyond such funds as may be available from federaland other nonstate sources, shall be borne equally by the statesparty to the agreement on a pro rata, per-student basis.
