Cancer center fund, institutional gift trust fund, transfer touniversity, when.

172.825. The cancer center fund and the institutional gifttrust fund are transferred to the control and management of thecurators of the University of Missouri. The curators shallassume control of the institutional gift trust fund, and shallcontinue to hold that as a separate fund to be expended insupport of the cancer center.
