Missouri rehabilitation center employees, powers and duties upontransfer to University of Missouri, inclusion in benefits anddisciplinary programs.

172.856. After the effective date of the agreement between the curatorsof the University of Missouri and the department of health and seniorservices, the curators shall define and assign powers, duties andresponsibilities for all rehabilitation center employees. Rehabilitationcenter employees shall be included in all benefit programs normally availableto employees of the university except as provided in section 172.854. Allemployees of the rehabilitation center shall be subject to the usualuniversity employment and compensation practices including those disciplinaryand appeal procedures which are available to university employees who havebeen terminated, suspended, transferred or otherwise disciplined.
