173.1101. Citation of law--references to program.
173.1101. The financial assistance program established under sections173.1101 to 173.1107 shall be hereafter known as the "Access MissouriFinancial Assistance Program". The coordinating board and all approvedprivate and public institutions in this state shall refer to the financialassistance program established under sections 173.1101 to 173.1107 as theaccess Missouri student financial assistance program in their scholarshipliterature, provided that no institution shall be required to revise oramend any such literature to comply with this section prior to the datesuch literature would otherwise be revised, amended, reprinted or replacedin the ordinary course of such institution's business.
