Recovery of loans.

173.150. The board, by rules and regulations, shalldetermine the policy of collections and recovery of loans,including the use of private collection agencies or assigningloans to the United States Secretary of Education. Pursuant tothe rules and regulations of the board the department mayinstitute action to recover any amount due the program in anyloan transaction, use private collection agencies, or otherwisecarry out the policy set by the board.
