Lender of last resort revolving fund, established, administration.

173.187. 1. The "Lender of Last Resort Revolving Fund" ishereby established in the state treasury and shall consist offunds received from the United States Secretary of Education,charges, gifts, grants, and bequests from federal, private orother sources made for the purpose of assisting students infinancing their education. No portion of the fund shall betransferred to the general revenue fund.

2. The fund shall be administered by the program.
