Conflict of interest, procedure to avoid.

173.380. Any other provision of the law to the contrarynotwithstanding, it shall not be or constitute a conflict ofinterest for a trustee, director, officer, or employee of anyeducational institution, financial institution, investmentbanking firm, brokerage firm, commercial bank or trust company,or any other firm, person, or corporation to serve as a member ofthe authority, provided such trustee, director, officer, oremployee shall abstain from deliberation, action, and vote by theauthority in each instance where the business affiliation of* anysuch trustee, director, officer, or employee is involved.
