Institutions and fiduciaries may invest in bonds.

173.435. All banks, bankers, trust companies, savings banksand institutions, building and loan associations, savings andloan associations, investment companies, credit unions, insurancecompanies and associations, and all executors, administrators,guardians, trustees, and other fiduciaries legally may invest anysinking funds, moneys or other funds belonging to them or withintheir control in any bonds issued pursuant to sections 173.350 to173.450.
