Higher education research fund--administration--reports.

173.515. There is hereby created the "Higher EducationResearch Fund" which shall be administered by the board ofcurators and which shall contain such moneys as appropriated toit by the general assembly. Moneys in the research fund shall bekept separate from all other funds of the university and shall beexpended for the purposes specified in sections 173.500 and173.515 to 173.535 and for no other purpose. The board ofcurators shall provide such information and reports as thecoordinating board may require concerning expenditure from theresearch fund.
