Administrative costs and expenses, how paid--project selectionby board to be final.

173.535. Reasonable and necessary administrative costs forthe solicitation and evaluation of research project proposals,and for the preparation of information and reports concerning theresearch fund, shall be chargeable to the research fund, subjectto the approval of the board of curators. All other expensesattendant to the administration of the research fund, includingsolicitation of private contributions and the administration ofindividual grants, shall be borne by the university involved.Decisions of the board of curators with respect to selection ofresearch projects shall be final.
