Ownership of resulting copyrights, patents--equipment--supplies.

173.560. Ownership of all equipment and supplies, and anypatents or copyrights which might be developed either directly orindirectly as a result of the funding provided under sections173.500 and 173.545 to 173.565 shall be governed by theappropriate institution's rules and regulations applicable tothese matters.
