Midwestern higher education commission--members.

173.705. Missouri shall appoint members to the midwesternhigher education commission as follows:

(1) The governor or his designee shall be a member;

(2) The speaker of the house of representatives shallappoint one member of the house and the president pro tem of thesenate shall appoint one member of the senate as members;

(3) Two at-large members from the field of higher educationshall be appointed by the governor with the advice and consentof the senate.
