Coordinating board to administer program.

173.718. 1. The Missouri coordinating board for highereducation is hereby designated to be the agency of the state ofMissouri to administer the regional education program incooperation with other southern states.

2. The defrayal of administrative cost of the regionaleducation program, including payment of the annual membershipfee assessed to the state of Missouri, shall be through generalrevenue appropriations to the Missouri coordinating board forhigher education.
