Institutions of higher education, conflict of interest policy.

173.735. All public institutions of higher education,including community colleges, shall adopt, by January 1, 1992, aconflict of interest policy for all faculty and staff of suchinstitution. Any such institution not adopting such a policyshall be governed by a model higher education conflict ofinterest policy which shall be promulgated and approved by thecoordinating board for higher education. All public institutionsof higher education shall be governed by the requirements of thissection as well as the provisions of sections 105.450 to 105.498,RSMo.
