173.775. 1. Sections 173.775 to 173.796 shall be known as the"Advantage Missouri Program". This program shall provide loans to andestablish a loan forgiveness program for students in approved educationalprograms who become employed in occupational areas of high demand in thisstate.

2. The "Advantage Missouri Trust Fund" is hereby created in the statetreasury, to be used by the coordinating board for higher education toprovide loans pursuant to sections 173.775 to 173.796. All appropriations,private donations, and other funds provided to the board for this programshall be credited to the fund. All funds generated by loan repayments andany penalties received pursuant to sections 173.787 and 173.790, shall alsobe credited to the fund. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 33.080,RSMo, to the contrary, any unexpended balance in the fund shall not revertto the general revenue fund.
