173.793. Nothing in sections 173.775 to 173.796 shall be construed asa promise or guarantee by the coordinating board for higher education, orthe state of Missouri that a person will be admitted to a state institutionof higher education or to a particular state institution of highereducation, will be allowed to continue to attend an institution of highereducation after having been admitted, or will be graduated from aninstitution of higher education.
