Membership of board of regents.

174.050. The board of regents for each college shall becomposed of seven members, six of whom shall reside in thedistrict in which the college for which they are appointedregents is situated, and at least one member of each board shallbe a resident of the county in which the college for suchdistrict is located. The state commissioner of education shallbe an ex officio member of each of said boards.
