Bonds not to be considered an indebtedness.
176.040. Any bonds issued under and pursuant to sections176.010 to 176.080 shall not be deemed to be an indebtedness ofthe state of Missouri or of any such educational institution, orof the governing body thereof, or of the individual members ofsuch governing body, and shall not be deemed to be anindebtedness within the meaning of any constitutional orstatutory limitation upon the incurring of indebtedness.
