Health and educational facilities, payment of bonds.

176.085. The governing body of any state educationalinstitution may cooperate with the Missouri health andeducational facilities authority as a participating educationalinstitution as provided in and permitted by sections 360.010 to360.140, RSMo. The state educational institution shall applyamounts appropriated by the general assembly for design orconstruction and related costs of a structure, building orfixture to the payment of bonds issued by the authority tofinance or refinance that structure, building or fixture andrelated costs; provided, however, that any such bonds issued bythe authority must be approved in the same manner as privateactivity bonds are approved under federal law.
