Annual audit report, file with director.

176.530. Any association organized under the provisions of sections176.500 to 176.540 shall file with the director of the department ofinsurance, financial institutions and professional registration of this statean annual audit report of the operations of such association, compiled by anindependent auditor in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
