Attorney in fact, service of process, file with director--writingauthorizing such service.

176.535. Concurrently with the filing of the documents provided for bythe terms of section 176.505, the attorney in fact shall file with thedirector of the department of insurance, financial institutions andprofessional registration an instrument in writing, executed by him, providingfor service of process on such attorney in fact in all suits instituted by anymember or members of the association against such association.
