Definitions.

178.295. As used in sections 178.295 to 178.298, thefollowing words and phrases mean:

(1) "Domicile", the place of residence of a child's parentsor legal guardian;

(2) "Facility", a place where juveniles are detainedpursuant to section 211.141, RSMo, or placed pursuant to section211.181, RSMo;

(3) "Legal guardian", the person appointed by a probatedivision, circuit court of competent jurisdiction as the guardianof the child's person.
