Notice to school district of juvenile's placement or detention, when.

178.298. Within twenty-four hours, excluding weekends andlegal holidays, after ordering the detention or placement of ajuvenile of school age who has not been graduated from thetwelfth grade in a facility as defined in section 178.295, thecourt shall notify the school district or special school districtresponsible for providing an educational program for the juvenileof the name and place of the facility where the juvenile isplaced. The notice shall be given to the school board of thedistrict or to an employee of the school board designated by theschool board.
