Part-time schools established, when.

178.300. Whenever in any school district in this state notless than twenty-five employment certificates for children undersixteen years of age have been issued and are in full force andeffect, the school district shall establish and maintainpart-time schools, departments or classes for the employedchildren for not less than four hours per week and for a term notless than that in which schools are regularly in session in thedistrict.
