Federal funds available, when.

178.320. Whenever the part-time schools meet the standardsof the federal act and the standards established by the stateboard of education, they shall be entitled to share in thedistribution of the federal funds available under the provisionsof the federal act, and the state funds appropriated for thepromotion of vocational education under the provisions of theMissouri vocational education law.
