Acceptance of federal acts and funds.

178.430. 1. The act of congress enacted by the 65th Congress at thesecond session thereof, entitled "An act to provide for the promotion ofvocational education; to provide for cooperation with the states in thepromotion of such education in agriculture and the trades and industries andhome economics; to provide for cooperation with the states in the preparationof teachers of vocational subjects; and to authorize the appropriation ofmoney and regulate its expenditures" and approved February 23, 1917 (20U.S.C.A. §§ 11-28); Public Law 346, enacted by the 78th Congress, entitled"Servicemen's Readjustment Act of 1944", and approved June 22, 1944; PublicLaw 679 entitled "To authorize the Veterans Administration to reimburse stateand local agencies for expenses incurred in rendering services in connectionwith the administration of certain training programs for veterans and forother purposes, enacted August 8, 1946" and any other subsequent acts ofcongress which provide federal funds for public schools or other educationalagencies and for the necessary administration and supervision of the same, areaccepted.

2. The benefits of all funds appropriated under the provisions of suchacts are accepted as provided in the acts.
