State treasurer to be custodian of funds.

178.460. The state treasurer is the custodian of funds forvocational education, as provided in the acts of congress, and ischarged with the duty and responsibility of receiving andproviding for the proper custody and for the proper disbursementson requisition of the state board of education of moneys paid tothe state from the appropriations made under the provisions ofthe acts of congress.
