Approved schools to receive federal money, when--appropriation ofstate's share.

178.480. Any approved school, department or class givinginstruction in agriculture, industrial, home economics, orcommercial subjects is entitled to share in the federal money,conditioned that for each dollar of federal money expended forsalaries the state or local community, or both, shall expend anequal amount. The state board of education shall recommend toeach session of the general assembly the amount of money whichshould be appropriated by the state for such allotments duringeach succeeding biennial period.
