Commissioner of education to be executive officer--assistants.

178.540. The state commissioner of education is theexecutive officer of the state board for the administration ofsections 178.420 to 178.580. He shall appoint, with the approvalof the board, the assistants that are necessary to properly carryout the provisions of sections 178.420 to 178.580.
