State board may incur necessary administration expenses.

178.570. The state board of education may incur theexpenditures for the salaries of assistants and the office andother expenses that it deems necessary to the properadministration of sections 178.420 to 178.580 and of the fundsallotted to the state of Missouri under the provisions of theacts of congress.
