Independent living center fund created--administration--funding.

178.653. 1. There is hereby created in the state treasury the"Independent Living Center Fund" which shall be administered by the divisionof vocational rehabilitation of the department of elementary and secondaryeducation. Moneys in the fund shall, upon appropriation, be used to establishand maintain centers for independent living, as defined in section 178.651, inaccordance with the long-term plans developed pursuant to the provisions ofsection 178.652.

2. The independent living center fund shall be funded with fees payablepursuant to the provisions of section 178.653.

3. The provisions of section 33.080, RSMo, to the contrarynotwithstanding, all moneys in the fund created by this section shall not betransferred and placed to the credit of the general revenue fund at the end ofeach biennium.
