Plan to distribute funds to allow voluntary participation.

178.698. Pursuant to the educational and screening programfor children under age five and their parents established insections 178.691 to 178.699, in its budget requests for fiscalyears 1995, 1996, and 1997, in anticipation of moneys from thetrust fund established in section 160.500, RSMo, the departmentof elementary and secondary education shall include a plan todistribute sufficient moneys to public school districts to allowall eligible children and their parents to voluntarilyparticipate in the program beginning with the 1997-98 schoolyear.
