Fees for certain services--expenditures of fee revenues.

180.130. The librarian may collect a reasonable fee forreproducing legal material. The librarian may make expendituresfrom these fees in order to secure legal material from othersources. A single expenditure from these fees shall not exceedtwenty dollars. The aggregate of all expenditures from thesefees during any fiscal year shall not exceed two hundred fiftydollars. Accurate records of all receipts and expenditures shallbe maintained at all times. The balance of the fees shall bepaid into the state treasury at least monthly.
