Certain areas excluded from county library districts (first classcharter counties).

182.130. If, in any county of the first class having acharter form of government, any property located within thegeographical boundaries of a county library district is now, orhereafter, included within the geographical boundaries of anurban public library district supported at least in part bytaxation, the property now, or hereafter, included within thegeographical boundaries of the urban public library districtshall be excluded from the county library district, and theexcluded property shall only be subject to taxation for librarypurposes by the urban public library district and shall no longerbe subject to taxation for county library district purposes.
