State aid.
184.270. When the county commission of any county or themayor of said city shall certify to the governor that it hasappropriated or raised the sum of not less than two hundred andfifty dollars for the purpose of carrying out the provisions ofsections 184.250 to 184.270, a like sum, not to exceed the sum ofone thousand dollars shall be allotted said county or city forsuch purpose from the appropriation herein made.
