Indebtedness, district may incur by election, limitation.

184.364. The metropolitan zoological park and museumdistrict by a vote of the qualified voters thereof voting thereonas now or hereafter required by section 26(b) of article VI ofthe Missouri constitution may incur an additional indebtednessfor the purposes of the said subdistricts separately. The totalindebtedness authorized separately by the voters for therespective subdistricts shall not exceed five percent of thetaxable tangible property therein as shown by the last completedassessment for state and county purposes in said city and saidcounty.
