Refunding bonds authorized.

184.376. For the purpose of refunding, extending or unifyingthe whole or any part of its valid bonded indebtedness thedistrict may issue refunding bonds not exceeding in amount of theprincipal of the outstanding indebtedness to be refunded and theaccrued interest to the date of such refunding bonds. The boardshall provide for the payment of interest and principal of suchrefunding bonds in the same manner as was provided for thepayment of interest and principal of the bonds refunded.
